The hotel was conveniently located, close to the beach and shops. Transportation was easy, with direct access to the area. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the pool and BBQ, which were kid-friendly. The rooms were spacious, ensuring there was enough space for everyone.

The hotel was located a short walk to the star gold coast and other tourist attractions. The location not far from a trolley bus stop. Broadbeach neighborhood was worth exploring. It was great to have free Wi Fi;))

Mind-blowing apartment with jaw-dropping views, super spacious with a massive master bedroom and large kitchen, dining, and lounge area. Upmarket and modern. The kids had their own room and bathroom. Conveniently located within walking distance to cafes, shopping center, tram stop, beach, and restaurants. Loved the 2 car spaces and the welcome pack. Pool and gym were fantastic, never too crowded. Friendly staff. Perfect place - would definitely stay again!

Clean and efficient.

I am disappointed that a luxury appartment is unable to be generous or service focused. How difficult would it be to provide an extra toliet roll or some washing detergent. Evert thing is an extra charge There are so many rules that make it feel very un friendly.

the room was bright, clean, well designed and modern. Full kitchen and tv/video/stereo was great. Gym also a plus

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect - it was so close to the beach and the shopping centre. Plus, the public transport was right around the corner, making it super convenient to explore the area. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including a fully-equipped kitchen and a balcony with stunning views. I also loved the free Wi-Fi - it made staying connected a breeze. this place provided me with enhanced comfort and quality services that exceeded my expectations.

Accommodation was excellent. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Apartment was spacious, well equipped and close to beach and shopping facilities. Underground car parking was particularly useful. Would recommend.

Great location close to beach and restaurants but just far away to be quiet and relaxing, room was great and made us feel we were were on genuine holidays, we enjoyed our stay.

Disappointed Tennis Courts were not available due to dispute with neighbour.Suggest that an alternative activity could have been arranged, i.e we noticed that another apartment block in front of ours had 3 courts available and nobody using them over the 7 days we stayed, just a thought.

We recently stayed at a wonderful hotel that met all our needs. The location was perfect- close to exhibition center, restaurants and the beach. The room was spacious with comfortable beds and a stunning ocean view. We enjoyed using the pool and spa area. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the amenities were well-maintained. Public transport was also easily accessible.

The sliding doors to the balcony and front door did not securely lock, which was concerning for families with young children.

We had a fantastic stay at Ultra Broadbeach! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and shopping malls. Our room was on the 20th floor with stunning ocean views and a spacious balcony. The cleanliness was impeccable and the amenities provided were great. The large TV was perfect for watching our favorite sports. The apartment had everything we needed, including a BBQ on the balcony for dinner. The beds were super comfy and the quiet location ensured a peaceful night's sleep. We highly recommend this place, especially for families with kids, as the 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and had all the necessary facilities. a wonderful experience at Ultra Broadbeach!

We found the staff could not have been more helpful and polite. The apartment had a great view of the mountains and the beach. The pool facilities were great for my two year old and we made great use of the BBQ. Our apartment was modern and catered for all of our cooking needs. Loved the trolley supplied for our numerous shopping trips both grocery and clothing. Made it so much more convenient to get everything up to the room. Great idea. Would definately return.

Could have used a little more instructional charts etc on appliances or accessability - ie, security intercom. Nothing major at all, we figured everything out.
